Our Commitments

Environmental: Corsica Partners is committed to sustainable practices, and we accelerated our progress by reducing our footprint of consumption when we exited independent commercial office space in 2015. We made the deliberate decision to co-locate with Clients that have existing infrastructure capacity and to offer fully remote, work from home capability for all Corsicans. The result is reduced consumption of incremental utilities, resources, and infrastructure. We’re proud of the ethical and sustainable processes that we’ve embedded in our day-to-day operations that reduce our carbon footprint. This includes recycling and reduction of paper product consumables, and our commitment to a virtual, cloud-based workforce.

Social: Corsicans are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, respectful environment for all team members. We apply and encourage the same to the communities in which we operate in.

Governance: Appropriate transparency and consistent accountability are embedded throughout the entire Company. We have an operating playbook and cadence, along with appropriate tools and business rules to monitor performance, quality, compliance and Client and Candidate confidentiality.
